For Women

Menopause Coaching (in-person and online):

My coaching approach is compassionate, reflective, practical, and collaborative. This stage of life affects every woman differently and coaching support is bespoke to reflect that.

Together, we explore what may be contributing to the challenges you are experiencing and work towards meaningful, manageable and sustainable changes.

During the course of your coaching, sessions are shaped around your individual needs and goals identified at the beginning of your coaching journey. We will explore:

Factors influencing your symptoms, beliefs, patterns of behaviour, emotional responses and external pressures that may be affecting your wellbeing. We will identify achievable steps to help you feel calmer, clearer, confident and more in control to be able to move forward towards your goals.

Is Coaching For Me?

  • Are you unsure if your feelings and symptoms are perimenopause related and want to make sense of them in a safe and supported space?
  • Do you feel overwhelmed by a range of symptoms and would like help understanding what is happening in your body and mind?
  • Would you value a confidential, supportive space to talk openly about how menopause is affecting you?
  • Are you struggling to keep all the balls in the air? Juggling the demands of family, elderly relatives, work and looking after yourself?
  • Do you feel invisible? Looking after everyone else all the time but nobody sees, appreciates or really hears you?
  • Do you feel stuck, or uncertain and would like greater clarity around your priorities and next steps?
  • Are you facing important health or life decisions and would benefit from time and space to think and talk them through?
  • Do you want to take a more proactive approach to supporting your health and wellbeing?
  • Are you interested in understanding which areas of your lifestyle may benefit from sustainable change to improve overall health?
  • Is sleep a particular problem for you?
  • Do you feel that you would benefit from conversation around libido and sexual health?
  • Do you feel unsure about HRT and would like to explore all supportive approaches?
  • Are you using HRT but would benefit from additional lifestyle or emotional support?
  • Are you navigating menopause following or during cancer or endometriosis treatment?
  • Are you experiencing early or medically induced menopause and would value guidance through this transition?
  • Would you like to rebuild a more positive outlook and reconnect with a sense of direction and possibility?

If you recognise yourself in any of these situations, coaching provides a supportive space to reflect, gain clarity, and explore meaningful ways to improve your wellbeing.

Specialist Health Assessment (in-person and online):

This 90 minute in-person* session is a stand-alone appointment. It involves a detailed assessment of medical history, family history (where known), cardiometabolic risk factors, bone health risk factors, and lifestyle factors relevant to menopause and midlife health.

In line with NICE guidance (NG23), hormonal testing is not routinely recommended and is not required in most cases. Instead, the focus is on evidence-based risk identification and the evaluation of symptoms within the wider clinical context.

Each assessment includes a comprehensive written report with clear recommendations surrounding modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors. Where appropriate, it will also include suggested workplace adjustments to support health, performance and wellbeing which can be shared with your employer or your GP at your discretion.
