By Spring 2027, organisations with 250+ employees will be expected to demonstrate structured menopause support and action planning. Smaller organisations can also demonstrate commitment to their staff by voluntarily engaging in menopause education and support for their workforce.

Thrive provisions far exceed a wellbeing initiative. Tiered packages provide menopause awareness, manager capability training and governance, risk and talent protection strategies. In addition, specialised coaching is available to support employees with all aspects of their health during this stage of life to promote wellbeing in the workplace, reduce absenteeism, optimise performance and thrive in their lives outside work. 

The aim is to foster an inclusive, menopause-educated workforce where women are supported to be able to maintain high levels of performance and organisations retain skilled female knowledge and talent.
