For Men

Men’s Health Coaching and Menopause Ally Coaching

Designed specifically for men who want support to live a more healthful life. Focus can be on your own health or include supporting the women in your life as required.

My coaching approach is practical, supportive, and collaborative. Coaching sessions are tailored to your individual goals and provide a confidential space to reflect, gain clarity, and identify realistic steps to improve your health, wellbeing, and resilience.

Together we explore the factors that may be affecting how you feel – including lifestyle habits, stress, beliefs, and external pressures – and work towards manageable, sustainable changes that help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.

Coaching may also help you better understand menopause and how it may be affecting a partner, colleague, or family member, giving you the knowledge and confidence to offer more meaningful support.

Coaching may be helpful if you:

  • Want to improve your own health, energy, and overall wellbeing.
  • Feel under pressure from the demands of work, family, and responsibilities.
  • Are having particular difficulties around sleep.
  • Are wondering if you have low testosterone and would benefit from discussing it in more depth and receive guidance on what to do about it.
  • Would value a confidential space to talk things through and gain clarity.
  • Want to make positive lifestyle changes but aren’t sure where to start.
  • Want to build greater resilience, confidence, and balance in your life.
  • Are supporting a partner, colleague, or family member experiencing menopause and want to understand how to help.

If any of these sound familiar, coaching can provide the space and guidance to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and wellbeing. See ‘pricing’ section for what’s included.

Specialist Health Assessment (in-person and online):

Men’s Health Assessment:
This 90 minute in-person* session is a stand-alone appointment. It involves a detailed assessment of medical history, family history (where known), cardiometabolic risk factors, bone health risk factors (where indicated), musculoskeletal health and key lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, nutrition, physical activity, and alcohol intake relevant to men’s midlife health.

The focus is on evidence-based risk identification and the evaluation of symptoms within the wider clinical context.

Each assessment includes a comprehensive written report with clear recommendations surrounding modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors. Where appropriate, it will also include suggested workplace adjustments to support health, performance and wellbeing which can be shared with your employer or your GP at your discretion.
