Specialist Health Assessment (in-person and online):
This 90 minute in-person* session is a stand-alone appointment. It involves a detailed assessment of medical history, family history (where known), cardiometabolic risk factors, bone health risk factors, and lifestyle factors relevant to menopause and midlife health.
In line with NICE guidance (NG23), hormonal testing is not routinely recommended and is not required in most cases. Instead, the focus is on evidence-based risk identification and the evaluation of symptoms within the wider clinical context.
Each assessment includes a comprehensive written report with clear recommendations surrounding modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors. Where appropriate, it will also include suggested workplace adjustments to support health, performance and wellbeing which can be shared with your employer or your GP at your discretion.
